My Mission: Find Jimmy

My passion is anything dealing with the 1920s-1960s. I adore everything about Classic Hollywood and its stars, and my favorite actor is James Stewart. I have been a deeply devoted Jimmy Stewart fan for about two years now, and I've been thinking recently, "If I'm such a big fan, how come I haven't tried harder to see all of his movies?" as I'm sure I could have by now. I've decided it is time to try to find all of his movies, that is why I've started what I call Mission: Find Jimmy.

I started this blog to chart my search and plot my prpgress for Jimmy movies, and to keep track of all the films I already have seen or own personally. My goal: To at least see all of Jimmy's movies by Christmas 2009. It would be nice if I could own them all, but I'll be happy if I can just see them.

To aid me in "Finding Jimmy", I've created a key (see right) to help me keep track of everything. The key is as follows:

Italics- means I have seen the movie.
crossed out- Means I own it.

The list of movies is below. I'll update when I see a new movie and possibly post a short review. We'll see how this goes...I now declare that Mission: Find Jimmy has officially begun!
